Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

This is best auto repair shop I found in the area in terms of honesty and price and service! My break were changed quickly and efficiently, I highly recommend this shop and will use them for my needs from now on. And to top it off I got great snacks to take with me!

This place was great. The guy who runs it might be the nicest "car guy" I've ever met. They drove me home and called me with what they found. Carl went over everything and when I asked a question he was so polite and patient. They even picked me up after the work was done. I can't say enough about Carl or the work they did. My car runs great now and I am going there for everything from now on. They do everything. It's awesome.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. I have lived in this area for about six years and have tried as many mechanics. After searching for several years I stumbled upon AAMCO and more importantly Jerry the owner of this franchise. I only went here because of a Supersaver Discount I bought for here but I have remained long after it has been gone. Jerry is one of the few honest, down to earth mechanics left in the business. He tells you when things need to be replaced and when they can be stretched out, he really cares about his customers and his workers. His prices are more than fair and when I had my AC fixed and it stopped working I brought it in and he fixed within 24 hours. He stands behind his work and is a man of integrity anyone who comes here will be pleased with the work you get done!

This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.
