Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. Jake is great for body work. So is Tim for mechanic work. Owner is a smoothy glad-hander mercurial hothead, be prepared to deal with his whims to get to his far better employees who pride in their jobs w your car. Check your bill thoroughly however. Get guarantees in writing.

I took my 2000 Xterra to Gary's for a manifold back custom exhaust. Gary is knowledgeable and professional quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested. When the ordered parts came in I scheduled the vehicle for the work and it was performed with no problems. I requested to see the work on the lift after it was completed and the work was done neatly and professionally. I would not hesitate to have Bradley's Auto Service perform work on my vehicle in the future. I am a former mechanic, ASE certified blah blah blah and have worked in several local dealerships as a class A technician on imported vehicles. I am very picky about the work that is done on my vehicle if I don't do it myself and I have nothing but compliments on the quality of Gary's work. Thanks Gary! On a side note, they have a bathroom clean enough and worthy of a fine restaurant. That was a pleasant surprise and tells me that they take pride in their work.

This was the worst experience trying to get and answer from this place! I just called to get a quote from Barnegat Bay auto care center and the guy told me that the owner was not there and he could not answer any questions then hung up the phone. So i called back to see when the owner would be available and he yelled at me and said he was working under a car and hung up again!!! I called back again and he didn't answer? I just wanted to know when to call back to get my truck in!! WOW is all i have to say about that, i will never send anyone there EVER! Good Luck with that employee.

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!
