This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

Amazing customer service, I was attended to immediately they are kind and curtious professional Mechanics who are dedicated to there customers. I had great experiences every time I went. A lil pricey but the job gets done. And they are also Christians like me whom I can trust telling the truth and honest. Dishonest! I'd beware of this place, SERIOUSLY. Says repairs need to be done that are not necessary. Charges for repairs that are not made! Stay away if you're smart! EVEN THE BBB SAYS SO! I found Ten Point Auto, just down the road, to be much better. Honest & quality work. I learned the hard way. If I was smart if have done some research. There are bad reviews all over the web! Google, Yellow Pages, just do a search and you will see.

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.

This is THE WORST place to get anything done. Not only are they disrespectful but cursing and calling people names when you are just trying to understand WHY they are asking for $300 more. But i guess i'm wrong for wondering why the price we agreed on via the phone is not what it is.... My mad... Lisa told me "You should be happy the work you got for the price you paid, and if you wanted better you should have paid more." I mean really? So basically right their she said that this place does crappy work that's why they charge $100-200 less on services... But since she added an extra $300 how does that even make any sense? Cause at this point what i paid would have been what i paid at a GOOD place. Just UNACCEPTABLE Once again. Unrespectful! Bad work! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, TIME AND MONEY!

I purchased a car from the owner, Roger and the motor blew on the way home. His answer to me was when he found out the motor blew was “you bought it as is.” Great guy!
