Jaguar service near Linden, NJ

L & J Motors is the only auto repair shop in Jersey that has worked on my Bimmer since bringing it over from California. I'm very picky in regards to who works on my cars, but I find this place--like another reviewer--to be reliable and honest in their services. After my experience here, I would certainly recommend this auto repair shop to other European vehicle owners.

They are amazing mechanics. I don't think anyone can ever match their experience. They hear one awkward sound from my car and they automatically know what is wrong with it without even opening it yet. And it's all done at reasonable price as well. Ask for Albert. He's the best.

Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. This is not the shop to take your car if you are looking for it to be DETAILED. I was recommended by a family member that said she did a phenominal job, reviews said it, she said (better than the car wash). Well that was not the case. my car was taken a full day, I trusted she did a good job, I paid her and didn't think much off it. The next morning when I drove my car I was beyond disapoointed. My tinted windows had been ruined, there was ink on my driver seat, car door cubbies were full of dirt, back seats were full of dirt, back was not vacummed there was still dog hair, the trunk was never vacuumed, the exteriror had scuff marks on it that could have been removed. My car was taken again the whole day. Tint wasn't fixed, had to go out on my own to fix it. She wanted me to go through the car with her so she could clean what I found dirty, by the second day that car should have been immaculate. Well to my surprise I found myself cleaning my own car on Friday, I sent her pictures of the visible things that were still dirty (still have the pictures with the date to prove it). I was ignored on the pictures. I text her and said I should receive a refund of some sort because I was detailing my car hours before it was loaded on the container. Bottom line look else were to get your car detailed. I got a car wash instead.
