I had a Horrible experience in this place. Every time I was trying to leave my car there for an oil change, I was attended by employees draging theyre feet and with a bad attitude. always telling me that it will take me from 2 to 3 hs to change my oil. Finaly I took it there and I left it. 2 hs latter they called me and tell me that my car have some problems starting... "Nothing is wrong with my car", I toll them, so I went to pick it up and they sayd they had to jump start it. I ask why and this guy starting acting defensivley and just told me my batery was dead (My brand new batery) So I ask if they did something to it and this guy got upset......... I sayd "if somebody should be upset is me!" My car was runing perfectley when I left... Oviousley what happened is that they left the keys in the ignition and crank the heat up , (I always leave it at 60 but I find it at 75) I mention this to this guy and he kept saing he didnt do nothing...Charged me and didnt eaven apologize or sayed good bye... Cherry on top of the kake! They drop oil on top of the engine and now the car smels like burnt oil when I drive, They also forgot to put the sticker with my next oil change milage on my wind shield! This was the first and last time I bring my car to this pathetic place!

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

CROOkS! BEWARE! This place is all a big scam! They advertise a cheap price for tinting and other services, but then force your hand to lay more for "better quality merchandise!" Orlando will waste your time, and then if you do finally buy into his/their BS provide poor unprofessional labor with cheap,cheap, cheap quality parts/materials! Got a price quote of $89 for tint over the phone, then when I got there he looks out the door of the shop and has the nerve to tell me "oh, you don't have a sunroof, so the cheap $89 tint won't work" HuH??? Wtf are you talking about bro? What does me not having a "sunroof" have to do with tinting my "door" windows? He proceeded to feed me some BS story about door moldings ect but I have been in the automotive field for over 20 years and I know with the upmost certainty that everything her told me was pure nonsense! He just wants to get you to his shop by marketing low prices but when you get there he tries to sell you the moon. In addition, they advertise "lifetime warranty on all tinting, but when I questioned this he stated that the warranty does not cover peeling. Really??? If I'm not mistaken, peeling is the most common problem your likely to experience with a poor tint job. So basically, even his warranty is BS because it does not cover exactly what the consumer needs covered! "exotic-auto-sound-and-security-systems-elmont @ 1276 Hempstead Turkpike in Elmont" are shady people. Do yourself a favor and bring your car and your money to a more honest and repital business that can provide quality merchandise and installations. BTW, the tint they use is the same cheap garbage they sell at autozone, pep boys ect. It's not professional tint.
