Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

Stay away. Horrible service. Tried to charge me $90.00 for an oil change using my oil and filter that I already purchased, while every other STS in the area only charged me $20.00. Also tried to overcharge me for labor on a previous occasion. A few months ago I had gotten a flat tire and I drove into this shop at about 5 minutes before they were closing, and they refused to help me just said I was out of luck because they were about to close. Worst STS I have ever been to and will never go back.

I absolutely love JC. They've provided consistent, reliable service for my car since I moved to the area. They have saved me tons of money- typically in situations where my dealership tries to upsell an unnecessary service not warranty covered. Recently, they looked at a used dealer car I was interested in buying- and found a few potentially costly issues with the vehicle, that were then taken care of by the dealer. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.
