I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.

I would stay away from this service center at all costs. Not only does the manager take less than educated guesses at what he thinks may be wrong with your vehicle but does repairs (I will say repair, but that never takes place), bills you for it and then decides that your vehicle needs other repairs after you come back within days, complaining of the original problem. They tape wires under the hood with electrical tape, short fill you on oil changes by quarts, and making matters worse, they are extremely disrespectful. Please, if you believe you have a major repair to your car, go to the dealer; the work is guaranteed the staff is trained on your vehicle they do not do any work they didn't quote for you and, most importantly, will find out exactly what is needed without replacing everything under the hood and beyond Quality Automotive does not live up to the name and the place is very questionable and untrustworty.

The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Thanks for the help, John and Mike You guys are great.
