Diagnosis and multiple Repairs
Maxx Automotive MOVED to a Bigger Shop at 1019 County Route 12 New Hampton NY 10958 Beautiful place.Great Husband/Wife Team.John has been my Mechanic for 6 years.It took me my entire life to find a mechanic I could trust,One that repaired my vehicles back to A+ Condition.Unbelievable the knowledge he has.All his work is Neat and Professional!! I would NEVER go anywhere else.Thank you John & Kim

oil change and other parts.
John is one of the best mechanics I've ever been to. Everytime, my car needed fixing. He made it brand new. He always helps me out and makes me feel like a cherished customer.

Multiply Repairs!
After being ripped off time and time again. Or getting shappy work done. Being over charged, and leaving shops with other problems I didn't have when I brought my car there. Maxx Auto was recommended to me thru a large respectable car dealer. Finally after over a year of problems my car is finally fixed right.Maxx I rate your Shop a 10 plus. Your expertise is unbelievable. I've been to the rest. And now found the BEST. Thanks for everything. My car is running fantastic!!!!So is my wife's. We are so happy to have found your shop. Transmission
The previous review sums up some of what I would like to tell people about this shop. I was told about this shop thru a good friend that works with the wife of this shop. I too could not be happier with the honesty and quality work I get when I go there. I too went to a few shops in the area, having a problem with my transmission. wanted to get the feel for a honest, qualified,reasonably priced shop for all my maintenance and repair needs. Happy to say, I found it at "Maxx automotive"!! The other shops I went to.(I would love to name them but I wont)All had the same diagnosis. I needed a new or rebuilt transmission. Very expensive repair. Like 2500.and up. I then went to "John" at Maxx auto feeling I had nothing to lose. He took the time to look my car over, explaining the possibilities. Within a short short time he diagnosed my car, and Iam happy to report the problem was related to the Transmission but DID NOT need one. I left the shop with a bill that was about $300.Yes 3 HUNDRED dollars. NOT 3 THOUSAND.I cannot say enough about this business. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that is looking for quality work, and a excellent and honest mechanic. The dedication to building a new business in this economy is outstanding. I never once felt overcharged or taken advantage of, like so many other places I have been thru out the years. I really hope this site gets you ALOT of new customers. You run a very honest, respectable shop John. Best of luck to both of you. Keep up the Great work. You's are truly the best of the best. I could really go on and on with all the good things you have done for me in the past year, but simply put......Just go there and see for yourself. Wiring Problem
Hello My Name is Charles. I own a Mercedes. I went to 4 shops in the Middletown area to have my vehicle repaired. First shop they had my car for 6 days before I got a call telling me there was no problem found. Time and diagnostics fee's totaled $264.91.Second shop looked at it for 3 days and couldn't fix it. Another $151.38.Third shop didn't want to look at it at all. Then....By fate I stumbled upon a shop called "Maxx automotive".I spoke with the owner for probably 45 mins explaining what the car was or was not doing,and my experiences with the other shops for 2 weeks.The owner was very knowledgeable&Professional.Long story short by the next day my car was diagnosed and repaired.Bill was $ 136.24.They gave me a 10% discount for being a first time customer.This was 6 months ago.Since my first experience there..... I have returned with my other 3 family owned vehicles probably a total of 8-9 times.I have never been happier with the service.Outstanding Quality work.Friendly personable office staff too.I wouldn't go any where but there.You can join there Happy customers too.Thankyou Maxx Automotive I could not have found a better place to go.I would give your shop a 6 Stars!!!!
