Auto inspection service near Mantua, NJ

I took my Dodge Ram in for brakes, and was impressed with the service that not only my car but i myself received. The shop owner Mike gave me a tour, the techs showed me my pads and rotors and explained i would also need my calipers. yes they took me to my car, answered all my questions and gave me a fair price (i know because i check before hand).The shop was friendly,clean and the service was great, and i will use there services again.

Just got my car back from having it repaired at B&B Auto. I have to say i am thrilled! they fixed i for less than i had expected and had it done alot faster than I thought they could. if you are looking for a dependable, reputable, honest mechanic i highly recommend you check out B&B Auto.

A young employee came over to help me with pumping my gas, I already got out of the vehicle to grab something from my trunk so I told him it was fine, I can take care of it. (I did not know this was not okay). The kid said okay and walked away. I placed the gas pump into the car. One minute later, an older man with brunette hair and “Carl’s Services” on his shirt ran up to me all red in the face and yanked the pump out of my car and pulled my card out. He was less than 3 feet from me and yelled at me for what felt like 3 minutes. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am from out of state so I APOLOGIZED to him that I did not know. Instead of politely educating me, he proceeded to continue yelling and made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe. I told him this is not how you should treat ANYONE and took my services elsewhere. Gas stations will always have people from in and out of state so he should have already been used to this and politely tell me he can take care of it for me.

The brake service on my car was well timed ...priced well,,,.,.I will be bringing my car back for future service.My tech was a real pro,double checked his work..open and honest.,.,.,.,good exp.,.,Very happy with service..
