Top Notch Work.

I am from out of town and my thermostat went out. I needed someplace close to where I was staying and a fair price. I called 3 different auto repair shops. One chose not to call back, the second quoted me $171 and acted like I, as a woman didn't know that the gasket comes with the thermostat when you purchase a replacement and that was part of the charge, Desi quoted me a good fair price and said they could fix it immediately, I took it in the next morning and they got right to it. After an hour and a half I called to see how long it would be and was told it was taking longer than they thought because the alternator and other parts needed removed, I knew this and that is why we were taking it to a shop, no place to work on a project like that when in a hotel. I figured the price would go up because of more labor. We went and did some other things and picked the car up just before the 6pm closing. They did not raise the price and the car is fixed and great. Good people trying to earn an honest living for an honest days work. Give them a call!

I go to Ed for anything automotive. He's always taken care of my family and I. Great guy. Great work ethic. Great businessman. He will ensure you have a positive experience and are taken care of. He does the right thing every time and keeps to his word. It's a rare experience nowadays. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

Do Not buy any spare parts from him. He charges you more than double the cost if cheap spare parts. A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.
