I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. I would highly recommend them to Mercedes owners.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. I took my 2000 Xterra to Gary's for a manifold back custom exhaust. Gary is knowledgeable and professional quoted me a fair price for the work that I requested. When the ordered parts came in I scheduled the vehicle for the work and it was performed with no problems. I requested to see the work on the lift after it was completed and the work was done neatly and professionally. I would not hesitate to have Bradley's Auto Service perform work on my vehicle in the future. I am a former mechanic, ASE certified blah blah blah and have worked in several local dealerships as a class A technician on imported vehicles. I am very picky about the work that is done on my vehicle if I don't do it myself and I have nothing but compliments on the quality of Gary's work. Thanks Gary! On a side note, they have a bathroom clean enough and worthy of a fine restaurant. That was a pleasant surprise and tells me that they take pride in their work.

Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.
