If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. You would never know that such intensive work had to be done. Their office staff is responsive, professional and very pleasant. Of course as a first time car owner I was nervous about where to go and if I was going to be taken advantage of as a girl. I can 110% say Transmission Man took care of me like GOLD! They were more then professional, had a great staff and were very reasonable on pricing. I was quoted a time frame for my car and it was done hours before the estimated and to top it off someone was able to drive my car to me with no issues. Don't go there! unprofessional liars! Charged me 2300$ (cash) For used transmission, they give you (6 month warranty which is nothing) less than 6 month transmission was out of use.. they fixed it again, after few months car got the same exact problem, during fixing transmission they damaged muffler and asked more money to fix it. Also very rude personal, specially owners, be careful with them! They really stressed me out about timing.. I lost a lot of money and time.
