After collecting over $1,600 from us, only to have the vehicle towed to our home for onward transmission to the Junk Yard; you were so interested in receiving your "REPAIR COST," that you forgot to put you had dismantled back on the vehicle before releasing it to the tow truck operator, after insisting, and receiving your "REPAIR COST," that I had to call you to my home to put what you had dismantled together; what a shame; I wish AAA could read this review and take you off their list of recommended auto centers; you are giving AAA a bad image by having you on their list. Anyway, the vehicle is off our hands now, thanks to you; as for recommendation, we suggest that your outfit be listed as a SAVAGE CENTER,OR BETTER STILL, XAVIER'S AUTO SAVAGE CENTER.

I only went here because of a Supersaver Discount I bought for here but I have remained long after it has been gone. Jerry is one of the few honest, down to earth mechanics left in the business. He tells you when things need to be replaced and when they can be stretched out, he really cares about his customers and his workers. His prices are more than fair and when I had my AC fixed and it stopped working I brought it in and he fixed within 24 hours. Cost was over $2,800. That is way too expensive for tires, brakes, inspection, and a tail light, nearly twice what I would have paid at my usual mechanic. As well, your shecanic didn't clear the dashboard codes so as soon as I drove 2 miles the dashboard warning light came on for the tires. Had to miss more work, return to your shop, to hear a lame excuse from your shecanic and to hear Jenny tell me "We aren't cheap" when I complained the cost was way too high. I told you on my very first visit last month that I was looking for a mechanic that could be trusted by my wife. You aren't it.
