I go to Ed for anything automotive. He's always taken care of my family and I. Great guy. Great work ethic. Great businessman. He will ensure you have a positive experience and are taken care of. He does the right thing every time and keeps to his word. It's a rare experience nowadays. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. I fully trust him which is an uncommon feeling in the automotive repair industry but he's earned it.

Do Not buy any spare parts from him. He charges you more than double the cost if cheap spare parts. A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.

I usually wouldnt even take the time to write a review but the audacity of this moron manager got me inspired. Basically, my power steering pump had a slow leak and was almost empty when my truck started making a horrific squeel coming down route 1 when i saw this sears car center. I stopped in distressed about my situation and asked the manager if they sold power steering fluid and told him about my predicament. He replied by telling me they did not and he couldnt help me. All he could do was take advantage of my problem and offer a song and a dance for a $55 service to get some power steering fluid. So I went to Pepboys and bought my own for $7. Its a shame to have to experience how someone will take advantage of you when your down. Needless to say, Ill never go there again or recommend anyone else do.

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. He's very experienced and honest mechanic and I will bring all my cars to him. I will defintely refer him to all my friends and family! They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously.
