Although this shop is new to Delaware County, our team has been serving the Delaware Valley area for over 36 years. Our auto repair shop in Pike Creek, located in Wilmington, DE is our second shop. It provides service to Pike Creek and the surrounding areas. We provide service to most makes and models of vehicles, including fleet. Our team also enjoys partaking in (friendly) Sign Wars competition with our neighbors, Crossroads Restaurant, from time to time (as seen on Fox news and Delaware Live).

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!

Went to have my breaks checked. A & A Auto Service was totally fill with honest and awesome mechanic. Told me I could go a couple of months before having them changed!
