Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. The two service advisors working at the time were both very friendly, helpful, and of course knowlegeable about this work and about other automotive issues we discussed. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait.
