Joe, Anthony and Roger and the staff are the best. They talk to you like a person. I've been to many shops over the years and these guys are knowledgeable, experts , fair, patient, trustworthy and best of all treat you with the utmost respect and tell you exactly what's going on with your car in a way that you understand fully. I would never go anywhere else and you shouldn't either.

This is THE WORST place to get anything done. Not only are they disrespectful but cursing and calling people names when you are just trying to understand WHY they are asking for $300 more. But i guess i'm wrong for wondering why the price we agreed on via the phone is not what it is.... My mad... Lisa told me "You should be happy the work you got for the price you paid, and if you wanted better you should have paid more." I mean really? So basically right their she said that this place does crappy work that's why they charge $100-200 less on services... But since she added an extra $300 how does that even make any sense? Cause at this point what i paid would have been what i paid at a GOOD place. Just UNACCEPTABLE Once again. Unrespectful! Bad work! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR, TIME AND MONEY!

Just pulled in to ask about a service for my vehicle. Great news, the staff is all well fed. They were all sitting around in the break room just behind the front counter. I walked in, said hi and waited for a reply. The men - about 5 - just kept shoveling food into their mouths and stared at me. Odd, so I waited a moment. Then asked if there is anyone who can help me. They all - and I mean ALL - averted their eyes and went for another forkful. "Soooooo, should I just wait guys?" Another forkful. "Should I just go then," I asked. Finally got an answer. One guy took the time between stuffing his face to shrug at me. I laughed and left. Great place. Can't wait for the failures who run it like this to sell it to someone who might care. I certainly wouldn't want people with that level of pride or care working on my car. So many options with people who don't suck. Go elsewhere. Life its too short to wait for lunch break to end for basic human respect.

Dishonest! I'd beware of this place, SERIOUSLY. Says repairs need to be done that are not necessary. Charges for repairs that are not made! Stay away if you're smart! EVEN THE BBB SAYS SO! I found Ten Point Auto, just down the road, to be much better. Honest & quality work. I learned the hard way. If I was smart if have done some research. There are bad reviews all over the web! Google, Yellow Pages, just do a search and you will see.

Been doing business with Charlie for many years now and would not take my vehicles anywhere else. If you got a time problem, Charlie will try to fit you in, and when the job is done, you know it is done right. You can rest assured you will not get messed with someone changing parts. Prices are good too. He does everything on myt P/U truck and my Hybrid.

Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Stay away. Horrible service. Tried to charge me $90.00 for an oil change using my oil and filter that I already purchased, while every other STS in the area only charged me $20.00. Also tried to overcharge me for labor on a previous occasion. A few months ago I had gotten a flat tire and I drove into this shop at about 5 minutes before they were closing, and they refused to help me just said I was out of luck because they were about to close. Worst STS I have ever been to and will never go back.

This is the place to go for your rover works, when no one can figure it out they will, not only is the work done right it will last.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place.
