Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. These guys worked very hard to make certain I was a satisfied customer. I am glad I made the 1.5 hour trip from PA to meet them and witness the high quality work in person. While waiting for the repair to be completed, they asked many times if my wife and kids were okay and if we needed anything. Much appreciated!!
