Electrical repair service near New Brunswick, NJ

Too bad I cannot rate them with 0 stars as 1 is way too much. took my car for an oil change and found an oil piddle under my car the next day. the car is 3 years old and never leaked. took the car to the authorized dealer and they told me that "who ever performed my previous oil change did not do it right". in addition, it did not feel good when they tried to sell me all these unnecessary things including the break system flush after it was done 6 months ago. don't take your car there. they cannot do a simple job as an oil change right, but they will try to sell you everything you don't need.

This shop scams people. DO NOT COME HERE. I have FULL COVERAGE car insurance in which I do not have to pay anything in the event of a car accident. When I first called to release my car, they said that my car wasn’t there for 2 days. Meanwhile, incurring storage charges. This is the oldest trick in the book to get money when they “can’t find” your car. My vehicle was here for 2 full weeks sitting in their lot HOSTAGE. Insisting on ME paying them cash or credit card to be released to my insurance approved body shop. They dodged almost every single one of the insurance company’s calls when they tried to pay the tow and storage fees from them. Multiple times they claimed the owner was not in or the woman who deals with billing was out. Stalling to get more days in storage fees. When my mom went down there to sign the release paperwork, (7 days in at this point) the owner Benny tried to hustle $800 cash or credit card from her so “they could tow it to the new body shop.” Their attitude towards me and my mom were very demeaning. As a young woman, they tried to intimidate and bully money out of me by giving me misleading and incorrect information at EVERY interaction I had with them. They would not have treated me this way if I was a male. I ended up calling the police to assist me with ensuring my car gets out after 2 frustrating weeks. I saw the bill was only $920, including the 2 tows and 14 days in storage fees. Something doesn’t add up here. This is why tow-truck companies and body shops get a bad reputation, because of predators like them. Unprofessional, rude, shady people.

My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

They installed all new tires on my car. It was done expeditiously and the employees were all very personable. Price was right and I was very happy with their service.

Don't want to pay dealership price for the same, and in most cases better customer and car service.  And/or need a knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, courteous and cost-effective auto technician...YOU SHOULD KNOW UNION LINE GARAGE IN HOPEWELL.   These guys are one of the best in the business. I have so much confidence in them that 'twas it not for legal reasons, and the size of my bank account...I would offer to pay for your repairs at another shop if you can prove said shop provided better workmanship, price and service than Union Line Garage.
