My brakes went on Sunday before Memorial Day... got my car towed by Scott of Noble towing to Bobby's that night... on Tuesday, spoke with Bobby for the first time then spoke to his wife Robin... both are incredibly kind (understatement)!!! Got my car back on Wednesday!! I have a very strict budget (another understatement)... Bobby didn't make repairs he didn't have to, let me know about how long I could go until I needed to make the other repairs, both he & Robin treated me like a human being rather than cash in their pocket and on top of all that I'm driving a safe car!!! Amazing ethics!!

Although they were unable to get my RV in the door (literally), Cliff took the time to help me trouble-shoot what could be causing my brake-dragging issue, and then referred me to someone else who may be able to help. He shared an RV war story as well, so good vibes here! Thanks, Harry

I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.
