Great Mechanics and Honest
I have been a customer of Dawson Motors for about 5 years and they have never disappointed me. But just recently they far exceeded my expectations! My work vehicle had broken down for the last time and it was time to replace it. Without my vehicle, I was totally at a standstill with my construction business. My van was towed into Dawson Motors at 8:45 am on a Saturday. I explained to Bill Dawson that I needed a reliable used van. By chance, he had one on his lot and I asked Bill to give me best deal, that without a vehicle I could not work. He got his wife Linda on the finance part, they made me an offer and I took the deal. My wife and I unloaded my old van of all the tools and supplies and headed home. At 2:30 the same Saturday afternoon Linda called me and said the van was ready for pick up! The Dawson's stayed late in order to get me my van knowing how important it was to my business. I could not have believed anyone would have done this, let alone our small town auto dealership. Not only do they have a highly qualified group of mechanics and a customer service oriented office staff, the owners walk the talk of helping customers way above expectations! MANY thanks! J. A. 5 Star Service and Staff
I often wonder why it took us so long to find Dawson Motors! They were recommended to us by a friend several years ago for service. We had a few occasions to use their services and we were more than pleased every time! Then I met the Dawson family at a Warwick Chamber Mixer and was even more impressed! The service department is over the top, and they know every customer by name. We just used their sales department and purchased a car. Again, the customer service was over the top and we are more than satisfied! I would highly recommend Dawson Motors for service and sales.
