I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. My car died on my way to work so I had my car towed in to TRM and they provided me with a ride to work. They diagnosed that my alternator was no longer working and replaced it before the end of the day. I was happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted me.

KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

I was very happy yo find out that they work on Europen cars. I have a 2000 Saab that had a blown turbo and Alex was able to find me the best price around and I have had no problem with the turbo ever since. Do Not buy any spare parts from him. He charges you more than double the cost if cheap spare parts. A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.

You will not find a better nor a man of higher integrity than the man that runs this shop, Tibor. It has taken me years to find a guy like this and I travel 50 miles to get my service done by him. A former master mechanic at a large Toyota dealership I dread the day he retires. he is honest - keeps his appointments is thorough in his evaluation and prompt in his service. I recommend appointments but if your in trouble he will go out of his way to help you.
