I moved here in 1992. From my 1st visit I knew I was in competent hands. By age 67, I’ve had quite a large experience with mechanics, etc. By far Twin Towers is the best. Prompt scheduling for car emergencies, frequent calls with any sub-optimal or abnormal findings, options, estimates, updates, road test results, etc. There are never any surprises. It’s a family-owned business for generations. Twin Towers is the only service station I’ll ever use. “5 stars” doesn’t adequately describe the experience you will have at Twin Towers.

They don’t deserve one star..i took my Acura Cl to get the rear engine cradle to get replaced..The mechanics called me to let me kno they also needed to replace the power steering hoses due to rust..I get my car back and the power steering system is whining (it never made noise at all before)then I break down the same night and I had to get the car towed back to them and they tell me the cv axle lock clip “fell out” and on top of that,I realize my power steering reservoir is full of red transmission fluid!! A real mechanic should know Honda/Acura power steering systems are sensitive and should only use the Honda type smh..you’ve been warned

Removing belts and covers to confirm no other issues from leak. Murphy's law or misfortune then led to a couple other unrelated ignition/engine misfire issues. Through it all John was absolutely detailed and forthcoming with what was being done to properly diagnosed and repair the problems which arose while the vehicle was at the shop. John demonstrated commitment and resolve to attack the problem properly. The vehicle is back for family use and working fine. Glad I found Twin Towers. Xavier M.
