I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Looking for a reliable, automotive repair shop is not easy. When I finally found a shop that achieved customer satisfaction, I stuck with them. I have been a customer at Rennsport Motor Works for many years, and have never had a bad experience. Sal, the owner, is honest and is always within the estimated cost. I moved to NJ after living in WI for 34 years leaving behind my go-to mechanic (since I was legal on the road) that I could trust with any car/truck problem. It took about 3+ years to find a guy like John and the group of guys that I can trust at Car Kings. It's convenient that I work in Clifton so he is a few minutes away. I have been there about a 1/2 dozen times and he always finds a way to sneak me in. Work always get's done in a timely and professional manner. Just watch out for Teddy the office dog! ;)

Took my car in for four new tires. Was told an hour. Over two and a half hours later, paid and headed home. On reviewing the work in the daylight, no caps were installed on three of the new valves. I couldn't tell if there was a cap on the fourth valve because they had hammered on the hubcap over it....... On further inspection I found that all of the wheel balance weights had been left only partially tapped on, and that they had up to four weights in the space of only eight inches or less along the rim. It looked as though they just kept adding them on. Took the car there and they said they'd put on valve caps and re-balance the tires. The desk guy came over in the middle of the redo and said very happily"the balance was only a little off". Okay, well that means that it was off, right???? I leave the place again in the dark and reinspect the van the next day in the light. Two caps on the tire valves fit, and two other caps that were too small were jammed just on the tips of the other two new valves???? The new tire weights were also not fully installed and masses of them clumped around the rims. I think this place just wants to wear you down so you get sick of going back complaining. I mean really, Two trips and they can't even put caps on the new tire valves??????? This place is awful. Two other customers there complaining in the two times I was there. Stay away, they're clueless and hope you are as well.
