What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Jake is great for body work. So is Tim for mechanic work. Owner is a smoothy glad-hander mercurial hothead, be prepared to deal with his whims to get to his far better employees who pride in their jobs w your car. Check your bill thoroughly however. Get guarantees in writing.

I purchased a car from the owner, Roger and the motor blew on the way home. His answer to me was when he found out the motor blew was “you bought it as is.” Great guy!

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. DO NOT got to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION located at 490 Ralph Ave. The charged me close to $4000 to fix my car and returned my car back with a bumper that was put together with glue, yes glue. My bumper looks like its about to fall off because it was incorrectly put in as well as other issues with my car. They also charged me money for a paint job and painted nothing. If you want to waste your money then be my guest but I do not advice anybody to go to GOLDEN TOUCH AUTO COLLISION. They say they've been in business since 1986 and have poor customer service.
