We went 3 different places for a rebuilt engine and decided on The Engine Exchange in Horsham and glad we did. Frank the owner gave us a good price and better warranty then the other two places. It was done on time and ready when it was supposed to be! Also when we had an unrelated problem, he went out of his way to help us get it fixed. I've been going to Hughes Auto Service for over 2 years now and can't say enough good things about them! They always do a great job and are extremely honest with me. I have an 18 year old Saturn which has been very good to me, but occasionally needs service. They always correct the problem and explain to me exactly what the car needed. Owner is a terrible businessman! Held my car for a week and did nothing to it and dodged my calls. Actually had the nerve to threaten to call the police when I came to get it back. Stay very far away from this liar you’ll thank me.

I took my car to Meineke (for the first time) a few months ago for a state inspection and an oil change and left it there while I was at work. A few hours later I relieved a call from a woman saying that my car was in need of $900.00 worth of repairs on top of the cost of the inspection and oil change and how would I like to pay for it? Like I could just whip out $900.00 on the spot! I have a 2010 Nissan Rouge so that just didn't make any sense. The car was running great and I always take it in for routine maintenance. I asked if it would pass inspection without all the repairs and she said yes but just barely. She said my back tires really needed to be replaced. I told her that I didn't want any extra work to be done just the inspection and oil change. She stuck to her position but said fine. Now three months later I took my car to the dealership for my regular routine maintenance and mentioned that a few months back I was told the tires probably needed to be replaced. They called me to tell me they had no idea what I was talking about because the tires are fine in fact they are at 50% now and would have been even better a few months back! THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU TO SPEND MONEY YOU DON'T NEED TO!
