He does the right thing every time and keeps to his word. It's a rare experience nowadays. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. If you live in central/south jersey (or a reasonable distance).  Owns a car you care about and/or plan to own for years. Don't want to pay dealership price for the same, and in most cases better customer and car service.  And/or need a knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable, courteous and cost-effective auto technician...YOU SHOULD KNOW UNION LINE GARAGE IN HOPEWELL.   These guys are one of the best in the business. I have so much confidence in them that 'twas it not for legal reasons, and the size of my bank account...I would offer to pay for your repairs at another shop if you can prove said shop provided better workmanship, price and service than Union Line Garage. 

We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

George's checked out a used car I was thinking of purchasing. They found a couple of big problems and saved me from wasting alot of money. I did not purchase this vehicle because of their knowledge and good advice. I would recommend George's auto repair shop.

Do Not buy any spare parts from him. He charges you more than double the cost if cheap spare parts. A $90 battery costs you $189 to get replaced!! Unprofessional response when I showed that they have overcharged me . Econolast battery was charged $189 to me. And then I was told as argument that it was upfront. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!
