Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Lou & his crew are Great! Exceptional honesty and service. They always have my best interest in mind. There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. My experience was awesome, I had the pleasure of meeting Steve Wuesthoff and his entire staff, I am very impressed with the knowledge the technicians have, and mind blowing to know that all technicians working there are all certified, this is the first place i saw all technician on hands are certified and i have been to at least 8 macheanic before in my 21 yrs of owning vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone.100% And remember if you have a used car, when one thing get fix the other parts is still old. Just like the human body. We take medication for one pain and another problem arise.
