Our auto repair shop in Pike Creek, located in Wilmington, DE is our second shop. It provides service to Pike Creek and the surrounding areas. We provide service to most makes and models of vehicles, including fleet. Our team also enjoys partaking in (friendly) Sign Wars competition with our neighbors, Crossroads Restaurant, from time to time (as seen on Fox news and Delaware Live).

Our Hockessin location is a proud member of the Hockessin Business Association and this bustling business community! Opened in March 2022, our service team works on all makes and models--from Jeep to Alfa Romeo. Our shop frequently partners with local businesses and participates in community events such as Hockessin Halloween! This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

Went to have my breaks checked. A & A Auto Service was totally fill with honest and awesome mechanic. Told me I could go a couple of months before having them changed!

I made an appointment for a groupon I had purchased. It included an oil change, tire rotation, brake and wheel alignment check, plus a hand car wash. I was informed my alignment was off, so I purchased the wheel alignment. My tire rotation couldn t be completed because I didn t have my wheel lock key, my fault. It took them TWO hours to complete an oil change and wheel alignment for a scheduled appointment! Entirely too long! They didn t even hand wash my car. Who knows what else they didn t complete. They didn t leave any desire for me to return. It was a #$%$ poor job accompanied with an underwhelming sales associate. Unacceptable. Non-existent customer service. Will never return. DO NOT trust them, Do Not go there!
