A year ago, I was in an accident and called Livingston Collision to tow it for me. They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. The mobile service was great! They came at the time they said they would, took my old battery out, popped the new one in, 30min tops! They were very Friendly, friendly is good! I trusted them right away. My baby(car) is old and her age shows, i need a shop that can keep her going. I need a Honest mechanic that I can trust and wont BS me. It is very HARD for a single women to find HONEST TRUSTWORTHY Mechanics, I feel like I have. Plus they are right next to TJMAXX!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. charged for repairs they did not complete, lft with damages and the "GUranty" isn't worth the paper it's written on. Shoddy, dishonest.

Of course as a first time car owner I was nervous about where to go and if I was going to be taken advantage of as a girl. I can 110% say Transmission Man took care of me like GOLD! They were more then professional, had a great staff and were very reasonable on pricing. I was quoted a time frame for my car and it was done hours before the estimated and to top it off someone was able to drive my car to me with no issues.
