Sprinter service near Trenton, NJ

My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

What can I say other than Hendersons has the best customer service I have ever experienced in the automotive repair industry. We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. Ronny & Lilah and the rest of the team are the best!!! Ronny is the best most honest mechanic I've ever seen in my life! He will take care of the car as if it was his own. Doesn't charge you without a reason. And the prices are reasonable! Love Lilah she's always smiling and nice, so good at her job, always on top of things, with pricing, calling back, and explaining what the car needs through the phone( for people like me that don't have any clue about cars). Great shop, I would not charge it with any other place. I've been living in NY for the last 5 years and Ronny is still my mechanic. I can drive 2 hours just for him to check the car. Ps. This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

We've been going to Carlo's for about three years now, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about this establishment. We've dealt with mechanics in several states across the U.S. and overseas, and Carlo's is the most comfortable place we've every dealt with. They are excellent about contacting us with an estimate - and options about repair work (what needs to be done immediately, what we could reasonably do ourselves, etc.) - before making any repairs.

Awesome guys at Cartech! Mike and Rich treat you like family. A great deal of experience between the two of them and they keep a clean shop which in that line of work is hard to do. This is best auto repair shop I found in the area in terms of honesty and price and service! My break were changed quickly and efficiently, I highly recommend this shop and will use them for my needs from now on. And to top it off I got great snacks to take with me!

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area.
