The guys at Cybert are honest and very easy to deal with. I've had shops in the past play games with me (halogen fluid replacement, etc.), but at Cybert, they brought me out into the shop, showed me what was going on, explained the fix, and then fixed it. There was nothing shady and I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They have a convenient location, reasonable hours, and surprisingly good coffee while you wait. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait.
