This place is the worst. Aside from rude employees that hate their jobs and the shoddy work they do, they pressure you into purchasing warranties that they will never honor. If you spend any money here you are a fool!

Please be careful here, they will cheat you on inspection prices. Please make sure they print out the inspection report from the inspection machine, so you can check for the consistency of the price you were charged vs what the report says the charge is.

Scott is a fantastic auto mechanic! So thankful i found this shop. Scott diagnosed my honda element and isolated the transmission problem. He backed me up and got honda to install a new transmission for free. I am forever a THE GARAGE customer and tell all my friends and family.

Recently needed to switch maintenance on my fleet of trucks so I stopped in to chat and size up this nearby shop. Spoke with both Don & Tom. Sharp guys. Know their stuff. My level of confidence went way up from previous company. Have had my vehicles in several times since. When my trucks are off the road, I lose money and potentially clients. These guys fix it right and get me back on the road asap. I used to wait for days for simple repairs. Now I usually have the trucks back same or next day. Prices are very reasonable too. I have had my car repaired at Pro Tech Benz several times over the past 2 years and I am very happy with the results. They offer excellent service and are extremely knowable about Mercedes vehicles. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very straightforward about the repairs. Unlike the dealers they don't try and up sell you on additional repairs that might not be needed. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait.
