Today I had an R&R serpentine belt installed on my Chevy Cavalier (it has 194,000 miles on it, so I believe it was time...). I just want to say how completely satisfied I am with every aspect of the procedure. Brought my car in for service, it was in the shop for two days to replace front struts and some other work. When I drove the car home, I noticed the wheel alignment was off. The alignment wasn't included in the final estimate. I called the shop and they said I could come back in first thing in the morning. Went back the next day and they put the car right up on the lift, did the wheel alignment, and didn't charge me! I was ok with paying for it, and was just happy they took me right in with no wait. Recently needed to switch maintenance on my fleet of trucks so I stopped in to chat and size up this nearby shop. Spoke with both Don & Tom. Sharp guys. Know their stuff. My level of confidence went way up from previous company. Have had my vehicles in several times since. When my trucks are off the road, I lose money and potentially clients. These guys fix it right and get me back on the road asap. I used to wait for days for simple repairs. Now I usually have the trucks back same or next day. Prices are very reasonable too.
