I am very lucky to have been assigned to him because he helped me tremendously in identifying my needs; that after showing me at least 4 cars I have made my decision. He is very pleasant, helpful, patient and considered me a family looking for a car. Mr. Genao is an asset to your company. Mr. PEDRO SOSA, the manager who assisted me, has been very pleasant and patient and explained in details of the warranty I am entitled to and other info. He is approachable in spite of his busy schedule and answered my questions immediately. Also, he made a follow-up call to make sure everything is all right and apologized for my long wait, which I understood due to the busy day. Frank came to the place where the car was towed, waited with me and then took it to their shop. He guided me though the whole process and made it literally care free. Everyone at the repair shop are so friendly and helpful. When I came to pick it up, my car looked brand new! Thank so much! Now it is my car place!
