As someone who works in the car world and is very cautious when it comes to mechanics, I can say hands down these guys are the best! Everyone I met was friendly, helpful, patient and went out of their way for me. The work required for my car required a lot of investigation to discover the issue and could have cost thousands to fix, but Bill researched a more affordable resolution that got the job done and hopefully will prevent the issue from arising again! If you need anything done, be it a simple oil change or a huge, complex job Milex is the place to bring your vehicle. Make sure you get written documentation of what they will be doing and how much they intend to charge you for it, even if you just need an estimate!!! They claim good quality, but the only evidence is the exceedingly high prices!!! They WILL try to rope you into "choosing" them to do the work (with hidden fees if you don't), even if their estimate is twice as much as someone else. They talk a good game, but that's because they have practice doing what they do!!! Don't be fooled by their "helpfulness," it's all part of the scam!
