Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.

These guys know what they are doing. On time service and affordable care for your auto, they went out of their way to make sure my issues were resolved. They balanced/aligned my ride better than any dealer will tell you they can do. They know how to service all makes and models, it is worth the trip even if you are not from the Monroe area. My 2 cars have been serviced by them in the past 5 years... They were really good in the beginning, however the last few times we've had a very bad experience at thet place. My last car service was last week... I picked my car up and the service engine light came right back on. They wanted to charge me additional $100 to put it back on the computer! That was on top of $900 that I jsut paid to fix my heating system. ( first time they called and said that the motor needs to be changed and it will be $400, however, that didnt solve the problem, so they had to change the amplifier for additional $425)

This station is awesome! Chris, the manager, is one of the best managers of a service station I have ever experienced. He is consistent, helpful, attentive,honest and treats everyone equally. He does not try and sell you what you don't need and backs up all his work. This place is definitely one of or the best service station in the area. Hats off to the owner for having a great employee like Chris!!!
