After being asked to pay hundreds of dollars to replace alternator, starter and battery somewhere else. I towed my car for a second opinion to Neptune Transmission. They found out I only needed a Starter and two battery terminals. Neptune Transmission is an honest place that saved me money. I recomemend Neptune Transmission to anyone.

Great customer service... Broke down on the Turnpike, limped off exit 12. As soon as I got off i saw an AAMCO sign across the street. I stopped in at 4:30 in a panic. They checked the car and told me I needed a water pump. They ordered the parts and stayed 90 minutes past closing to wait for the parts and get me on the road. He then argued that i can take out the battery but it will be costing your service charge!! They are literally ripping customers. $30 synthetic oil charged $68 $30 drive belt charged $150+ $90 battery charged $189 $12 wipers charged $26 Are you serious! That is is the cost of running business? This is ripping off your customers.
