KPS did a great job replacing the clutch on my BMW. The price was fair, much lower than three other places we called. Plus the warranty is great. The turn around time was fast. They washed and vacuumed my car when they were done. A pleasant surprise. I will return to KPS for all our families car needs. Very professional and informative.

I moved into the area recently and am looking for a local shop whom I can trust and not worry about being taken for a "ride", I am happy to say that I found one in Carracino's. Family owned/operated business, very friendly people makes you feel at home, they don't try to push stuff on you will give the recommended work, good pricing, will drop and pick you up if you live close by which I think is really nice of them. They are very knowledgeable of the work they do. totally recommend them.

What an outstanding, ideal, model mechanic and business! After much research and speaking with several mechanics and repair techs, I found Walko Automotive to be the best solution to my bad hybrid battery. I would stay away from this service center at all costs. Not only does the manager take less than educated guesses at what he thinks may be wrong with your vehicle but does repairs (I will say repair, but that never takes place), bills you for it and then decides that your vehicle needs other repairs after you come back within days, complaining of the original problem. They tape wires under the hood with electrical tape, short fill you on oil changes by quarts, and making matters worse, they are extremely disrespectful. Please, if you believe you have a major repair to your car, go to the dealer; the work is guaranteed the staff is trained on your vehicle they do not do any work they didn't quote for you and, most importantly, will find out exactly what is needed without replacing everything under the hood and beyond Quality Automotive does not live up to the name and the place is very questionable and untrustworty.
