I am extremely satisfied and appreciative of the work that the staff at Tolima Auto Center did on my new car. I was very nervous about who was going to work on my brand new car ( Brand new 2016 Jeep Renegade) that was involved in a hit and run just days after it left the dealer. The car looks perfect. I am fairly new to New York. You hear often the stereotypes of a dog-eat-dog world. So looking for a mechanic, and honesty, is not an easy task. However, I was in a jam and needed to find one. I came across the reviews for Hughes Motor Corp, and I was immediately impressed to make a call. Vinny answered (he's part of a duo with Kevin). He was very friendly and assuring when I told him about the problems with my Durango. I had AAA tow the car to their workshop in Yonkers. These guys are professional, efficient, and you get your car back within the time frame that is estimated. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop, they are a great team. Until Car Doctors moved into the neighborhood, I ALWAYS regarded car mechanics with a deep sense of dread and skepticism. Dee Knight is the definition of excellent customer service, and his personable crew of employees are the direct opposite of the duplicitious car mechanic stereotype. I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.
