I've been going to Hughes Auto Service for over 2 years now and can't say enough good things about them! They always do a great job and are extremely honest with me. I have an 18 year old Saturn which has been very good to me, but occasionally needs service. They always correct the problem and explain to me exactly what the car needed. They always call me before making any repairs to get my approval!!! That is very important to me. All the mechanics and the owner, John, are wonderful, hard working, honest people!!! I would recommend Hughes Auto Service to anyone in the area without hesitation! You won't be sorry!!!!

I recommend this company for my friends. Now this company has new owner. He did excellent service and high quality job on car painting. I feel the former owner did not do good job but the new owner did excellent job. My car was repaired 11 years ago. The paint starts peeling off. The paint is life time warranty. The owner was changed meanwhile, so I was not expecting to get the job done. New owner, Wade, is so kind to take the paint job and did finish beautifully. He did not charge any, even it is not his responsibility. I really appreciate for his kindness. Also he gave me a ride when I dropped my car off, and delivered my car to the place I needed. DO NOT GO HERE. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, the then came in with my air filter saying it was broken and needed to be replaced...When I left my car started bucking and jerking as I was driving followed by my Check engine light coming on. I brought the car in the next morning and told them to see what was wrong. The shop was loaded with people including the manager who was there...They turned my light off and told me it had nothing to do with the oil change and that there are no problems. After leaving the light came back on and the car was running terrible once again. I had a friend of mine who knows cars well take a look at it and the second he looked in my engine he could see that the air filter was just jammed in and not even installed right. Even after getting the air filter fixed, my car is still having problems and now I have to bring it in once again to be looked at costing me time and money.. The people working here are clearly unqualified to work on cars.
