John at the wrench stands by his work and initial quote. He did not stop with a stubborn check engine light issue on a traverse. He replaced several extra parts at his cost and his time. Called my family after the job was done to make sure we were happy and the code was finally gone. When we had issues he did not hesitate to say bring it in well fix it. He shuttled us back and forth all at his cost. Very honest shop has earned my families business for life. We have had him work on 4 different cars at this point all stellar work. Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliabl... read more Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M.
