I walked into Star Auto Care asking questions about my Chevy Tahoe. The mechanic sabin took really good care of me. He treated my Chevy Tahoe like it was his own. Very knowledgeable and professional when it came to working on my vehicle . I rate this place of five star plus plus because of how they treated me and took care of my problems with my vehicle. I would recommend this place to any of my family or close friends they do great work the owner Don is very reasonable on his prices. After having some not so good experiences at a few Jiffy Lube locations to do my oil changes I'm so glad I found Meineke! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable I always feel like they have my best interest in mind and not trying to sell me things I don't need. Meineke always has mailer coupons in the RJ magazine for oil changes, I usually can't take advantage on those because my car uses synthetic but I always walk away happy and feel like I'm in good hands!

Last week my water pump started to leak so I was looking for a reliable shop in my area. I spent a few hours on the net checking out many shops and finally decided on R&M. Glad I did, they replaced the water pump and had my Jeep ready for me in just a few hours at a very fair price. (week later no leaks) The thing that impressed me was they did not try to upsell me for other repairs like belts or hoses which they informed me they checked. Future repairs will be done by R&M. My 2002 Nissan quest runs better than when I first bought it 4 years ago, after being repaired at Master Automotive.
