LIARS CONSTANTLY CHANGING THEIR QUTOES was told there is a 85$ charge for a mechanic to come out and work on the vehicle and that the 85 goes towards the work they do the "mechanic" who came out said the complete opposite i asked if he was the owner he said no yet he is the ONLY person who picks up the phone so he's lying about his position When i called to ask about their services and what may need to be worked on the car the only thing i was told is that if the transmition or engine needed to be pulled that they could do any work needed The mechanic/owner said the complete opposite Was NOT able to complete the job so the complete experience was nothing but a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE RIP OFF ARTIST BETTER TO HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED TO A REAL MECHANIC THAT CAN AND DOES REPAIR CARS STAY AWAY!!!
I came in with air conditioning issues, when I turned it on it overhea... read more I came in with air conditioning issues, when I turned it on it overheated my engine. I completely explained this to the guy at the counter. Somehow according to the mechanic this information was not relayed correctly. So the mechanic tells me I need a part replaced. And that it will most likely solve the issue. So I agree. I sat for 5 hours in the waiting room, while watching this mechanic smoke cigars, and goof off talking to coworkers. When he finally replaced the part I watched him, he actually told me he was still learning and had not went to school for auto mechanics but his father taught him about cars. When finally done I left. I got two miles away any my engine ran completely hot. I called them and they said to come back. I came back, the mechanic met me outside, I popped the hood and coolant was spewing out of the part he installed. I said what is that? Didn't you just install that? He says yea I did but I don't know why its doing that.. So they pull it around to the back, and I sit in the waiting area again. I went to see what was wrong, he was removing the part. He said it was a faulty part and that they were ordering another. He also told me he used pieces of the old part combined with the new part when he installed it. Which I'm sure is not correct. So I waited for the new part to arrive. Hours later near closing time, they install the new part they said was from the dealer. I left. Got about two miles away and my engine overheated yet again. I called and the person who answered said to bring it back in the morning. So I did. I sat another 5 hours on a second day for them to finally tell me that was not the problem. And that the actual problem will require another part to be installed and keep in mind I had already paid them 377$. The guy then tells me it will cost me another 220$ to actually fix my problem. And that he says it was at a discount. So currently I still have the same problem I came with and am out of 377$ and do not have another 270$ to pay for their mistake. I spent a total of 14 hours at this location. To leave with the same problem and paid money for something completely different than what I came for.. The worst auto mechanic experience I've ever had
