Just had my car worked on at Sunshine. This is probably my fourth or fifth time having them work on my car and they are always the best!! They treat their customers with courtesy and respect, they are always fair and very, very prompt!! I will keep utilizing their services for all these reasons. And, they have a great waiting area. These guys really know there stuff. I have been coming to the Geared Performance crew for over 2 years and these guys have always helped me out and tackled any issue I had. The customer service is spot on. Not to mention the reliability of the custom pro tunes have always been A+. You guys really thought you would get me to pay $2794.12 to replace my A/C. I took it to another mechanic in town and they replaced it for $1052.80. I showed them your estimate and they confirmed my suspicion that your pricing is total BS. It works perfectly fine now.

I purchased a 2007 Audi A6 from Sport Haus, and I will never buy from them again, the sunroof on my Audi had issues when I bought it so, they said they would fix it, 2 months later I had to call them to find out they had the part, took it in left with them the whole day, got my car back and tilted sunroof like normal and drove home. For the next couple of weeks the weather was inclamite so I never opened sunroof, when the weather got nice I went to open my sunroof, and all I heard was crunching and then the sunroof started going open and close on it's own, I then turned the switch to close sunroof, to which it moved 2 inches and then went all the way back and took the sunroof shade with it. I called Sport Haus and they got me in the next day, to get sunroof closed, They did get sunroof closed, but Service Manager told me I broke sunroof, I asked how and he said a forcefully opened sunroof, I said I turned knob and he said there was nothing more they could do "You broke the sunroof frame" is what I was told "so don't use your sunroof". I was very upset with what they had told me and all I wanted was my sunroof fixed. They Lie and their Trained Techs, aren't very trained. Elk Grove Audi said "The part they "Sport Haus" replaced, if not installed correctly would cause the problems I'm having now", and since the tech had replaced it once before I only imaging it was done wrong again, this time it's on me not them.
