Nicholas S 347-836-1574 - Logistics manager of this body shop had a customer car at his house in South Richmond Hill on June 20 at approximately 4:45 pm. His kid brother backed out of the driveway into my car while I passed by which caused damages to the right side of my car. The cops were summoned and statements were given. I went to service my truck on 8/30/2012, after my $675 bill I found out I was charged for a better quality fuel filter and a cheaper brand was installed. Also, my front end was not greased. My truck was filthy with grease inside and out. I was given an apology when these items were pointed out. Final thought, do not take your truck there. 97% techs are unqualified.
