Had a fantastic experience over at Brookside. It's never convenient to go without your car, and body damage repairs are always a mystery... But Paul and Richie over at Brookside really take care of you. I mean, I was blown away by their responsiveness, patience in explaining everything, and resourcefulness in arranging rental cars and dealing with insurance companies. My truck was back exactly when they said it would be. And it hasn't looked this good since the day I brought it from the dealer.

Shawn and his crew addressed all of this repair and reviewed in detail what all of the expenses were prior to my commitment to doing the work. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. I am a long time customer, the last 12 + years, and I will keep coming back because they completed the work within 1 day after making an scheduled appointment.

Worst detail ever! I have paid less and received better work. The cup holders were not cleaned out. The seats had sand still on them. The dashboard and CD player had dust on it and in the crevices. The seats had liquid splash marks on them and the inside of the doors were not even wiped clean...they had dust on them. When I got home I had to complete all of the above mentioned. In addition, when I lifted the seats the floor was covered in debris. They didn't even vacuum under the seats. Dot go there!

I’m very happy that I brought my car to Fix they did a very good job my car look like it is a new car. And the Service I received was wonderful anytime I had a question they was there to answer it. they took care of my car. I have been a customer for 19 years and always enjoyed great service for my brakes and mufflers. Always repaired on the first visit. Employees are very helpful and friendly and professional. Recently I bought a Acura Mdx and from day one it had a pull. I took to dealer many times, and didn't realize they sub the job out to Mavis next door to them. Once I realized I ran right to my old faithful. Rices automotive. The car was perfect after that...thank God for them.

I went there in my 2012 camry because they were rated #1 oil change in south bay paper, and they told me the same ($35 more for synthetic). When I called toyota, Toyota said it is 5w20 synthetic. So i had it done and seemed very fair, quick service. I read this review first, and was hesitant, but my engine still runs and I saw they used the correct oil and changed filter. Seemed legit. would go back. Very fast service.
