Elite was referred to me by a friend who is also a satisfied customer. As an individual with good mechanical knowledge as well as a car enthusiast my experience with Marc and Elite Auto Specialty has always been very satisfactory and pleasant. He has serviced and repaired 3 of my cars. For my review to be helpful to a potential customer I should cover all the important details I look for in a mechanic.

As the Manager at this facility, I would like to take this opportunity to provide some information in regards to the previous post. The above customer came into our facility with two concerns. First, check a no start condition. It was a simple diagnosis, the starter had failed. We replaced the Starter, charged standard book time and the cost of a new, not rebuilt part. We even gave the customer a lifetime warranty on the part and did not charge a diagnostic fee. The second concern was to check a no heat condition. We verified there was no heat, and there was a noise coming from the dashboard area. I explained to Tony, this would require removal of the lower part of the dash board to diagnose and there would be a charge. It could be either an acuator, a blendoor, or even debris causing this condition. Tony declined. All the information was clearly marked on the receipt, in which, Tony had signed. I would be more than happy to repair the no heat condition on his old, high mileage vehicle, but he did not want it repaired due to cost. Lance and his small team of mechanics, while all being quite young - are the real-deal - they have turned their personal passions for Subaru (all models & generations) - in to a business - making them a real specialty shop for virtually all your Subaru Auto needs. Don't get me wrong, they are not a 1-trick pony though - they service virtually all makes and models... I've recently had them address various items on my '15 WRX, including the subject Clutch & Flywheel Upgrade, perform an EGR delete, swap plugs, weld/repair a broken exhaust flange plate (which I thought for sure was unfixable without a new plate - Warren is a talented Genius welder) & Tim is a talented Dyno Tuner, (thanks to dyno time at Chameleon Racing in Bohemia). The entire team at Larsen's are super friendly, happy to share educated advice, sharp at finding issues and remedying them - all without charging an arm and a leg. Super flexible too - one of the best experiences I've had with an auto shop in my life - I currently travel over 35miles just to get my car worked on by them... Brought my Honda in after an accident, they have Great customer service very friendly, had my car back in no time at all and it was like nothing ever happened! Would recomend this shop to anyone looking for an amazing and honest body shop. No corners were cut and my car feels like the day I bought it Kenny Magnan

Tim at top marine I knew for many years he did a new yoke I supplied on the outdrive u joint with the outdrive already off my boat put the drive on charged me $650.00 then he couldnt wait one day for me to have my transporter move the boat which does a great job for a good price, Tim insisted I Used hes guy not only did he charge me more money he damaged my new bottom painted hull in a number of spots and ruined my south bay strainer. When I got the boat back to my house I went to start the engine and the exhaust bellows blew off he didn't tighten it at all The Boat would have maybe sunk if It blew off in the water, not only the exhaust bellows the u joint bellows was not correctly on so I had to turn it 180 degrees. I do not recommend him at all. Charges a lot of money and does a pour job hes transporter is wort
