The guys in Middle Village is still thinking about it and the guy in LIC is looking for used transmissions. Mille told me to bring it down and Eka agreed with me that the valve body was defective. VW dealer said $ 3200 and the tranny guys wanted $ 2700 for a used (49K) transmission? At Adria Motors, they treat you as family and take car of your car as if it were their own car. Any questions I had were answered immediately and if there were any unforeseen issues, I was assured via phone calls that the right job would be done. They have made me feel secure in that both myself and my family would be safer after this repair. My car rides and steers as good as it did when I first bought it. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Sean, who I believe is the shop’s lead mechanic, is sharp, professional and on point. Vince, the shop owner, is simply one of the nicest, most honest individuals I've ever met. He is fair with his prices and his shop provides nothing but top notch service. Andy & Terry has kept my daily driver on the road for 10 years now. I trust them with my all my vehicles (new or used).
