My brand new Lincoln had just been driven over a small landslide caused by heavy rains. I had two flat tires and a ruined front wheel and was 300 miles from home. AAA sent Armonk Garage to help me and I was very pleased with the service. The truck arrived on time, picked up the car, my wife and I and then found the nearest Lincoln dealer. Although the dealer was some distance away the driver took us there, unloaded the car interfaced with the service people and did not charge us. He was helpful, courteous, and sympathetic. He made a bad situation much better. Thanks.

Ron and everyone at Autobahn are courteous, fair and trustworthy. They've gone above and beyond, even giving me a ride home when I had none and when the work was expected to take some time. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEIR HEAD MECHANIC, WE HAD OUR ROLLS ROYCE DELIVERED TO CARRIAGE HOUSE ON APRIL 4, 2013. HE INFORMED US HE WAS AN “EXPERT” AND THAT OUR MECHANICAL ISSUE (THE ALTERNATOR WAS NOT CHARGING) WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM. HE WANTED $1,000 UP FRONT FOR A “DIAGNOSIS”. WE GAVE HIM THE MONEY. IN MID-MAY HE SAID HE NEEDED MORE TIME AND MONEY. WHEN WE WERE HESITANT, HE TOLD US THAT THE DIAGNOSIS HAD NOW BECOME A MATTER OF “PRIDE” TO HIM AND THAT HE WOULD NOT CHARGE US ANYMORE MONEY. HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL US THAT HE HAD A GROUP OF HIS MECHANICS WORKING ON THEIR “OWN TIME” TO ASSIST HIM IN FINDING OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE HELD THE CAR UNTIL JULY 9, 2013 AND WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR (ANOTHER FLAT BED RIDE!), WE HAD TO SIGN A RELEASE. TO THIS DAY HE STILL HAS NOT GIVEN US A DIAGNOSIS AS TO WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR. HOWEVER, WE SHOULD NOTE THAT WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR, IT HAD BEEN FRESHLY WASHED. WE SENT THE CAR TO PATRICK’S IN SIMSBURY, CT. AFTER TWO DAYS IN HIS SHOP, OUR CAR WAS REPAIRED AND IN FANTASTIC WORKING ORDER. IN THE FUTURE, IF WE WANT THE WORLD’S MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH, WE WILL SEND OUR CAR TO CARRIAGE HOUSE.

In Last week, the Right Axle of my Honda Accord Broke, it was Friday Noon. I called Freddy and tell him what happed, and I ask if I will drop the car to get fix, which I did. they got the car and worked on it in Saturday their closing day. they replace the both Axle because the left one was damaged also with very very reasonable price. I made my payment over the phone, and pick up my car in same day. its really a great service, very helpful, and very friendly team. It's not my first experience with Freddy, but this time they really exceeded my expectation. thank you Freddy and big thanks to your Lady in charge and to the whole team. I really recommand Freddy services to anyone who looks for great service with reasonable price.

I have a 2008 Impreza with 60K on odometer that stalled on a stop light. I call the tow company and suggest the nearest auto shop. Unfortunately it was Auto Tech in Stamford. Service writer told me $129 for diagnose before he can give estimated price for a repair. He call later that day and said the technician has found nothing major issue except I need a new battery and minor engine tune-up. He quoted a price of $650. I said I have other concern about my AC is not blowing cold. He said they will do another diagnose and give me a quote to fix it. They found out my car need a new AC condenser which cost $750 to fix. All in all I paid $1400 after my Triple A discount. I ask about the warranty he said 2 years. After a month my AC is not working again so I bring it back and they told me the new AC condenser works fine the problem is the compressor it need to be replace. it’s kind of fishy to me because when they diagnose my AC for the first time there’s nothing wrong with the compressor now they insist it’s broken and wants me to spend a $1000. Sorry to say but these guys are crooks and untrustworthy. I suggest to avoid this shop they will take your money and never fix the problem.
